One of the largest green areas of Malaga of about 325,000m2, will be built in this sector which will be a great green space for Malaga.
It would be proposed to make urban and pedagogical gardens in this area, comprising of native trees and plants, with shaded walks for summer and acclimatized with water misters.
Human = Neighbourhood focused on human welfare, providing facilities for the disabled, the elderly and children with sports, recreation and a leisure area. It would promote areas of easy access.
Smart = Intelligent. Systems in search of sustainability, energy efficiency, mobility and economy.
