Each plot is composed of 581 m2 and is rectangular in shape.It will have two accesses, one for parking for two cars and the other to the house via a pathway in the garden area.
OTIUM PERNET villas will consist of three floors. Taking into account that the proposal we make is standard, therefore being able to make certain modifications in distribution and complementary systems and accessories.
We have begun the construction of the first villa, OTIUM PERNET IV that has been designed by the architect Álvaro de Luna, who conceives the building as a living organism, an innovative design for an avant-garde and highly expressive architecture, with both a clearly futuristic and Mediterranean vision.

GROUND FLOOR
Ground floor distribution: Hall, toilet, living room, open plan kitchen, covered and open terrace, master bedroom with bathroom en suite and large covered and open terrace, large garden with infinity pool. This distribution could be modified during the period of its construction, managing to locate the kitchen instead of the bathroom and dining room in the room, creating separate spaces (consult).
The gardens will have native plants, lawn with automatic irrigation system and part of the border area will have a wall with metal fence covered with heather.
FIRST FLOOR
First floor distribution: Two main bedrooms, with fitted wardrobes and en-suite bathroom as well as a large dressing room / closet between the two bedrooms. All bedrooms have access to a large covered and open terrace.
BASEMENT

The OTIUM PERNET plots are located in the Urbanization Pernet, C/Emilio de Pardo A-29 and A-30, (According to Google, C/ Gamonales A-29 y A-30), located in the Municipality of Estepona, adjacent to Atalaya and Guadalmina in the Municipality of Marbella.

In the North and South areas there are plots that in the future will be single family homes, these are limited to a height of 7 metres.
